Tech Center Research Park is located on 50 acres adjacent to the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility, one of 17 national science laboratories funded under the Department of Energy. The research park provides nearly 900k square feet of prime office space, where large and small high-tech companies can carry out advanced research. By creating a collaborative space where like-minded businesses can grow and invent, Tech Center encourages innovation.

Tech Center follows the proven business model of the acclaimed Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center (VTCRC) in Blacksburg, Virginia. Located adjacent to the university, this collaboration corridor currently employs more than 2,900 people and is home to more than 180 research, technology and support companies.
