In a recent article in the Roanoke Times, Tech Center was mentioned as a great example of the conversations and collaborations taking place across the state of Virginia to promote jobs and boost economic growth. The Virginia Business Higher Education Council and the Council on Virginia’s Future announced Tuesday that they are launching an initiative called GO Virginia that will utilize financial incentives to encourage private and public leaders to collaborate across the state. Through GO Virginia, they hope to emulate the successful collaborations that made Tech Center possible.
