About:

The first phase of the Tech Center is a 100-acre mixed-use development that will expand into a world-class corporate research complex over the next decade. Privately financed, the project is expected to cost $450 million overall and provide $28 million in local taxes at build-out. It is projected that more than 5,500 new jobs will be created.


Openings:

The Marketplace at Tech Center is slated to open in July 2015. In addition to anchor business Whole Foods, several popular retail outlets and dining establishments are included in this phase of the Tech Center development.
